Violinist and Nyckelharpist, Sandra Wong has toured nationally and internationally. Sandra creates and personally facilitates musical study trips to different countries leading people into the heart of individual folk cultures through the music and dance of each country. She strives to nurture a deep love of music and the arts in both children and adults.
Ruth Ann is passionate about yoga and appreciates how yoga connects the body and the mind together. She has been taking yoga classes for 30 years and began teaching yoga five years ago. She has been trained in alignment-based yoga postures. She promotes slowing the breath and calming the mind, beyond the mat and into the world.

Dr. Ken MacIntyre has a passion for educating the public about mental health. He is an adult psychiatrist for a nonprofit center in Denver, Colorado, and his experience includes outpatient clinics, inpatient hospitals, psychiatric emergency rooms, and private practice.
ZUMBA AND D2G SOCAFIT INSTRUCTOR
Caitlin has always loved to dance! She has taught high-energy Zumba classes to women of all ages at Curves for Women gyms, and other dance fitness studios for over 5 years. She also recently added D2G Socafit and Zumba Toning to her dance fitness repertoire. Caitlin finds that dance fitness provides the perfect form of stress relief, self-care, and exercise.
Kristin is a mindfulness meditation teacher who came to this practice through a deeply personal loss. She has taught thousands of clients to learn how to regulate their nervous systems and build resiliency. Kristin is honored to hold space for those wanting to learn mindfulness meditation.

Shannon is a Certified Spiritual Director with over 15 years of experience in the work of spirituality. She brings an array of tools, training opportunities, techniques, and disciplines that reach deep into ancient roots and around the globe. As a spiritual director, Shannon is able to hold sacred space for people coming from various walks of life and experiences.
FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE EDUCATION
Jordan is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She previously owned a functional medicine direct primary clinic and has worked in the alternative healthcare industry for the last 4 years. Jordan empowers her community to take control of their healthcare by providing education surrounding the best scientifically-based medical treatments available.
While serving a mission in Argentina, one of the most valuable lessons Dr. Gilchrist learned was that making healthy food choices and getting regular exercise were powerful tools for health and well-being. Dr. Gilchrist decided he would learn all he could about natural health so he could teach these tools to his future patients.

MINDFUL DJEMBE DRUMMING
is a Professional Musician, Hand Drummer, Guitarist, Composer, Arranger, Instructor & Facilitator. Music has been his passion since he was a wee lad. The Beatles were a major influence on him since the tender age of 11. Their inspiration set him on a path of playing guitar in professional settings for over fifty years. Additionally, he studied music at the University of North Texas, formed his own bands, and toured for over thirty years. In the mid ’90’s the Djembe (jem-bay) drum from West Africa crossed his path. He was reborn into a whole new musical universe of rhythm. His new found instrument led him into teaching, facilitating drum circles, and forming “drum orchestras” for performance. After creating drumming communities in Memphis, Tennessee and Boulder, Colorado, he created a community in Longmont, Colorado in 2008 that is still going strong.
